An interactive, energetic and engaging experience, where your team comes together to collaboratively create an original song about their stories and experiences. The emphasis is on celebrating each team’s respective value and capability, and to realise what can be achieved when individual talents are synchronised and brought together as one.
Efforts involved in the creation of inspiring music are 50% concentrated in effective listening, and 50% in recognising the value of each contributing element. This means that an understanding of how your part fits the whole is at the very centre of making great music and in turn also company culture.
Allow us to bring your organisation’s teams on a journey of co-creation, and guide them give life, breath and sound to their company culture. There is absolutely no musical experience required! Our expert team of facilitators, musicians, and digital wizards have worked with groups from Vodafone to audiences in Channel 10 and will ensure that this experience is both valuable and memorable for all involved.
Our overarching aim is to encourage teams to work together cohesively, and to leverage each other’s respective learnings, skills and capabilities moving forward. The message having completed their co-created song by the end of the session is powerful: You can do anything if you set your mind to it and work together.

How We Work
An engaging and energizing process of song co-creation: after icebreakers have everyone feeling comfortable, energized and ready, your group shares stories and reflections around chosen topic areas and themes such as their group’s mission or values. The conversations are synthesized into memorable lyrics that capture your group’s collective message.
Led by world class musicians who have backed INXS, Cold Chisel and have played on Australian Idol and X-factor, participants will add their own parts to the song including body percussion and their collective voice! An uplifting team building activity where teams learn to work together in harmony and rhythm and end up feeling like rock stars.
An electrifying musical atmosphere builds to a climactic finish after which participants reflect on the process and what their song represents. They are also reminded of the social impact they are contributing to by working with The Human Sound Project.
The end product of the workshop is a song completely unique to your team. It’s comprised of lyrics and sounds created by your group, which will bring about a real sense of accomplishment, and serves as a reminder moving forward of the impact that your organisation can create through teamwork and collaboration. Video can also be captured throughout your session and a video clip can accompany the final song recording for you to listen back to, reflect on and share accross your network. Silver Sound Project
We work with your team to co-create your original song in a 20 min to 4 hour block. The silver package is our entry level package and you can choose premium addons by browsing through the next section below.
Gold Sound Project
We work with your team to co-create your original song in a 20 min to 4 hour block. The gold package is our next level up from Silver but you may still want to augment it with some premium addons below.
Platinum Sound Project
This high end sound project combines the Silver and Gold Packages with some Platinum add-ons including professional filmmakers, choreographers and musicians.
Your group’s song will be professionally recorded and delivered along with an awesome music video to share across your socials.

Addons
Music video
Take the finished song to the next level with an accompanying music video. Capture the context, the storytelling, the human sound making, the smiles, the movement and the creative collaboration - all artfully brought together to form a memorable music video clip that accompanies your song.
Video accompaniment with the song significantly enhances the experience of listening to the song, reinforces the messages behind it and leads to more sharing of the track on social media and beyond.

By bringing everyone together to co-create a song and have fun, you are increasing the number of vulnerable people that have access to the healing benefits of music and the expressive arts within your local community.
