Create Your Original Song & Build a Sound Group!

An engaging and energizing process of song co-creation: after icebreakers have everyone feeling comfortable, energized and ready, your group shares stories and reflections around chosen topic areas and themes such as their group’s mission or values. The conversations are synthesized into memorable lyrics that capture your group’s collective message.

Led by world class musicians who have backed INXS, Cold Chisel and have played on Australian Idol and X-factor, participants will add their own parts to the song including body percussion and their collective voice! An uplifting team building activity where teams learn to work together in harmony and rhythm and end up feeling like rock stars.

An electrifying musical atmosphere builds to a climactic finish after which participants reflect on the process and what their song represents. They are also reminded of the social impact they are contributing to by working with The Human Sound Project.

The end product of the workshop is a song completely unique to your team. It’s comprised of lyrics and sounds created by your group, which will bring about a real sense of accomplishment, and serves as a reminder moving forward of the impact that your organisation can create through teamwork and collaboration. Video can also be captured throughout your session and a video clip can accompany the final song recording for you to listen back to, reflect on and share accross your network.
