Song making with young people from Salesian Life Choices, an NGO who offers leadership training and tutoring to young people in Cape Town South Africa.

The theme of the day was “Reaching your goals” – we identified some of the factors that helped us reach our goals and those factors that inhibit us from reaching them.

The chorus “Hey my name is” is a great affirmation of self – This is who I am! Some great bouncy upbeat backing vocal parts as well!
