The theme of ‘family’ was chosen by the group and stories were shared about times when family (religion, organisations, blood relations etc) helped to overcome struggles & hardships. These stories inspired the sounds for the song.

This Cape Town interfaith Program carefully selects and fosters future South African leaders from a range of different socio-economic backgrounds and religious faiths. We were invited to come and work with these 30 young leaders over a week to facilitate a new song, by them, that reflected their experiences of cultural and religious diversity.

Also excellent traditional dance led by Uncle Stu and freestyle breakdancing! A dynamic, energetic, moving day for all!
